HeyFriends! had a method that worked live, in front of a group, but stopped when the group left. The challenge was twofold: build a platform that explains and sells the program within seconds, and design an app that sustains practice throughout the month — while speaking to an audience that does not always recognize the need to improve how they communicate.

We designed the whole ecosystem: a conversion-focused landing page and a daily practice app with communication challenges, recording and self-assessment, progress tracking and direct access to a coach. A dedicated design system preserves the brand’s energy on screen, while the content architecture turns every live session into material that keeps working within the app.
